Q: Are reservations required?
A: Yes.

Q: Are bugs a problem?
A: No. The dragonflies naturally control the mosquito population and bug spray is not needed.

Q: What should we bring?
A: Sunscreen, camera, and a bottle of water should do because the tour is only 1 hour.

Q: What should we wear?
A: In summer shorts and a short sleeve shirt will suffice. In winter, long pants and a light jacket are recommended.

Q: Should we expect to get wet? Will we get seasick?
A: No, the rides are in calm water and you will not get wet or seasick.

Q: What can I expect to see?
A: You can expect to see alligators, turtles, exotic birds and tropical plants in their natural habitat!

Q: What are the age requirements?
A: We don’t recommend the ride for children 3 and under.

Q: Is hard to get on and off the boat?
A: No. you will only need to take one small step up on to the boat.

Q: Are you handicap accessible?
A: Yes. Please call ahead to make arrangements.
